This is my favorite place in town for breakfast!! The food is excellent and the service is great! Food comes out fast with consistently high quality. Lunch and dinner are very good too.

Mainstream, if your looking for Great food, Great service or for the Owner Harry you won't be disappointed. Have yet to find anything here that dosent exceed expectations. Treat yourself and leave with money in your pocket. I would recomend something to eat but its ALL Good! Thanks To the Staff and Harry!

My family comes here for breakfast almost every Sunday with our two dogs and sit on the patio. We love all of the breakfast options. All the Eggs Benedicts are amazing. The waitresses here are very nice and give excellent service. We highly recommend this place to friends in our area all the time.

First time there for breakfast and it was fantastic. I had the spinich / cheese omlete and it was great - no complaints. One of the better breakfast places in Poway. I went Sunday morning and the place was mobbed due to NFL games - but service was no problem.

I love Mainstream. I've been there many times for breakfast and Sunday brunch. Food is great, fresh, hot with large portions.Sunday brunch unlimited Mimosas a favorite. Try the chocolate chip pancakes for a nice change of pace. The outside patio is very dog friendly too!
